Cookies n’ Cream Fudge

it actually tastes like COOKIES N’ CREAM 🤯

here’s your weekday plan.. there are two layers so you’ll need two sets of each ingredient:

3/4 c cocoa powder

1/4 c coconut oil

1/4 c maple syrup

1/3 heaping cup of cashew butter

1tsp vanilla bean paste (extract is fine too)

pinch flaky salt

sift the cocoa powder over a medium sized bowl. add remaining ingredients, mix well and set aside. in another bowl, do the same with each ingredient minus the cashew butter and salt. add the cashew at the very end and fold over a couple times so it’s lightly mixed. add another big spoonful of cashew butter for extra creaminess. line your loaf pan with parchment paper and add the first bowl of mixture. pat it down with a spatula so it’s even and pour the second mixture on top. no need to pat it down, just make sure it’s pretty evenly distributed. add as much flaky salt as you’d like and store it in the freezer for a few hours. slice it up once it’s frozen and go to town 😜
