my title is "Influencer"..still a little unclear how I got here. What started as a place to share how I overcame my disordered eating, later turned in to something much bigger than I ever expected.

i always feel guilt taking time for myself. the one hour i spend alone is going to the gym IF i can even make it in. most times, i workout in our backyard or room but stop after the kids walk in. not complaining, i love being a mom and this is what l
