The Best Honey Salmon

meet your new favorite dinner 🍴

i’ve been making this salmon for sometime now. it’s easy, quick and so satisfying. the real star is the fish but these additions are insane too.. do it:

heat the skillet up at medium with avocado oil, add the salmon belly or any part of the fish (so fatty and delicious, i buy mine at the farmers market). season with a few shakes of garlic powder, 4Tbs of coconut aminos and a big spoonful of honey. sear both sides for about 5 minutes and stick it in the oven at 400 for 15, flipping halfway through. it’s flaky, juicy and everything you’ll ever want. promise ✌🏽

1 c coconut white rice

2 c coconut milk
Instapot: 12 min.
Stovetop: 25 min.

wild salmon filet

1 tbs avocado oil

1 tsp black sesame seeds

roasted carrot fries

1/2 avocado

simple salad - organic greens, cilantro, salt, pepper, EVOO and lemon.
