Salted Banana Muffin Tops With Walnuts
this recipe is my all time favorite but have only made it into bread form.. until now! after this, i’m never going back. they’re basically muffin tops all around and we’re all about it. you need to try this recipe, it’s on rotation for a quick grab and go snack or dessert:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 c melted butter
1/2 c maple syrup
1 egg
1 1/2 c all purpose gf flour
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
preheat your oven at 350. in a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the egg and whisk it up. throw in the rest of the ingredients. mix until everything is combined. spray your muffin tin with a little oil, put the batter in and top each muffin with crushed walnuts. bake for 30 minutes. let them chill once they’re out of the oven, but don’t wait too long. they’re so luscious and mouth watering and everything you’d want in a muffin! hope you love these as much as we did. made 8, lasted a day 😳
