Birthday Cake Batter Balls

picture this: birthday cake batter rolled up into balls! aka the best ball recipe of all time. we ate them so fast so make sure you keep the ingredients on hand at all times! you’ll need:

put all ingredients into a food processor except the sprinkles. blend on high til you reach a dough consistency, scrape the sides with spatula and blend again to ensure everything is mixed. add the sprinkles and pulse a few times. roll into balls and store in fridge.

*you can sub vanilla bean paste for extract and i ran out of cashew butter so i added the almond but the cashew really makes them taste like cake batter. this is my first time making these so feel free to sub with any other flour if you’d like. these are seriously perfect, didn’t think they’d actually taste like birthday cake batter but they really do. we all love them and will be making them again and again and.. 🤤

1 c oat flour 

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

2 tbs maple syrup

1 tbs melted coconut oil

1/3 c cashew butter

3 tbs almond butter

organic sprinkles 

dash of cinnamon and flaky salt
